Ms.Rose was my Therapist was extremely professional, and knew the pressure points to perfection. She was absolutely phenomenal..The Service & Staff are extremely professional & well trained. After a long time I experienced professional Spa and would like to share my experience.
I opted for Kosamui Signature Massage but due to some urgent work I had to leave early with 15 minutes remaining.
I received a call from the manager enquiring the reason for leaving early and after I told that I had an urgent work to attain....to my surprise the manager offered me extra 15 minutes on my next visit as an complementary...really touched by this gesture

An affordable spa that is impeccably clean, with top-notch hygiene standards. Never seen a Biotique product in other places. The reception is small, but the rooms are spacious and has all the toiletries required after a shower. The staff was warm, friendly, and professional. The massage was excellent and relaxing. I took a package since they had EMI option. Highly recommend!
